In Home Support

At SunUp I provide professional private childcare and household support for families of all shapes and sizes. With training as a postpartum doula and experience as a nanny with all ages from newborn to preteen I am able to adapt to the needs of your specific family. I bring knowledge, expertise, and experience to your home, whatever your needs may be.

Daytime Care

Daytime care is focused on setting you and your family up for success. Whether you're a first time parent looking for infant education and support (such as modeling feeding, soothing, or bathing techniques) or you're a seasoned pro who needs your older children cared for, entertained, and kept off of screen time, daytime care is adaptable to what you need in the moment. 

$35/h* for a 4 hour shift minimum

Overnight Care

​Overnight care allows you to get 8 hours of rest where you do not have to worry about the care of your baby. This allows you to recharge in order to be the best parent you can be for the coming days. Overnight care means no interruptions or waking during the night and peace of mind knowing that your baby is being expertly cared for.​ 

$45/h* for a 8 hour shift minimum

 

Overnight care is also available for older children if the parents will be out of the house. If all children are over 12 months and sleeping through the night regularly 8 sleeping hours will be charged as a flat rate of $150. If any, or multiple, children wake during the night and require care for more than 60 consecutive minutes, the family will be charged the regular hourly rate for this time as well as the flat rate.

Travel Support

Want your vacation to feel like a vacation? Travel support eases the load and brings you another set of hands through the airport, in transport, and at your destination. Also includes packing and unpacking, planning activities for the family, and supervising the child(ren) so parents can have time to themselves or one on one time with a particular child.

$100/day plus working hours. All expenses must be covered including flights/travel, accommodations, activity passes, and meals.

Household Support

The mental load of parenthood is always growing. Household support covers everything from laundry to meal prep to organizing kids' closets to planning the summer camp schedule.

Daytime or Overnight rate applies depending on the hours of the shift
